- Product Condition: Products must have at least 95% Juice remaining in the bottle to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Processing Time: Return and exchange requests are processed within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable for return or exchange orders. Customers are responsible for delivery charges on exchange orders.
- Orders Above Rs.5000: Orders above Rs.5000 are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If a product arrives damaged, leaks, or is incorrect, we will cover the delivery charges for return or exchange.
